Moloka'i

This is an extraordinary story about a little known part of history that occurred on the Hawaiian Island of Moloka'i over a century ago. Rachel Kalama, a vivacious seven year old girl, who loves her home and family, one day discovers a suspicious lesion on her skin, and then another. Her mother tries to hide these marks with clothes and shoes but its just a matter of time until she taken from her family and sent to the quarantined leprosy establishment on an island far away from everything she knows.
