Cook Like a Pro
If you ask me, the reason we all love Ina is that she’s a home cook at heart. In her new book, she makes us all feel like pros in our own home kitchens, whether we’re making Christmas Eve dinner for 20 or cooking for our immediate families on a regular old Tuesday evening. The bottom line is that we’re succeeding in the kitchen and feeding the ones we love, all thanks to Ina’s streamlined and straightforward recipes that we’ve come to know and trust. My favorite recipes in her 11th (!) book are Roasted Shrimp Cocktail Louis, Charlie Bird’s Farro Salad, and Fried Chicken Sandwiches. With every new cookbook release, I feel a fresh desire to jump back in and shake up my routine. Thanks, Ina, for adding a few new tricks to my arsenal!
