Grief Is For People
Hailed as 'the millennial's Nora Ephron,' the writer Sloane Crosley, author of 'I Was Told There'd Be Cake,' 'How Did You Get This Number, ''Look Alive Out There,' 'The Clasp,' and 'Cult Classic' is coming out with her memoir on February 13th. 'Grief Is For People' explores multiple kinds of loss, mainly her best friend's suicide. It's one of Time Magazine's '13 Books You Should Read in February' and one of the most grimly humorous books I have ever read. Let's be honest; if you are underlining sentences and laughing (along with the other expected emotions) regarding a book on suicide, it's damn good. Please don't shy away, my friends; this book contains multitudes!
