The Comfort of Crows

Lover of birds, sorcerer of words, New York Times Columnist who writes about Flora, fauna, politics, and culture in the American South, and one of my very favorite writers, Margaret Renkl, is coming out with a new book on October 24th. The Comfort Of Crows brings a comfort of a different sort, one where she documents the 52 weeks in a year following the creatures and plants in her backyard, and we tap into the cyclical nature of it all: life, seasons, flowers, family, and migratory happenings. A beautiful book written by one of our best! It is a perfect fall read or gift this holiday season.
