Bringing in the CLASSICS, people! I've seen the movie, the TV series, the other movie, and the other TV series about the beloved Julia Child. What I have not done, not ever, is make one of her recipes, and it's time, damnit, because, my fellow foodies, sixty years since she became a sensation, Knopf is releasing a beautiful new edition with over 300 of her classically French recipes. Now that the weather is cooling down, it's time for us to Vichyssoise, Cassoulet, and Coq au Vin on down!
